Postgraduate Study – Master of Business Administration
Full and Part-time courses
If you’re serious about your career, then you’re probably considering an MBA. And if you are, then you should be considering an MBA with Kingston Business School.
Ranked as the number one ‘new’ university in the UK by the Guardian newspaper, we’ve also been rated ‘excellent’ for teaching quality by the Higher Education Funding Council. And, with 25 years’ experience delivering our programme, we’re one of a small number of universities with AMBA accreditation.
Offering a stimulating and challenging learning experience, the Kingston MBA will provide you with a firm foundation in the main management disciplines. It’s designed to help you develop new ways of thinking, communicating and managing projects, and to help your personal development and leadership skills.
Our MBA learning experience is supported through a mix of online learning materials, face-to-face tutorials, study groups, and private study. This blended approach means we provide a supportive system for everyone.
At the same time we make sure that your learning is based in reality – for instance with a work-related major research and consultancy project, high-level visiting speakers from a wide range of enterprises, and opportunities to develop entrepreneurial projects of your own.
The programme also offers a wide range of networking opportunities in London and beyond, which will help you develop your connections and increase your confidence. And as our MBA is also offered in Moscow, Greece, and Cyprus our students are connected through international study trips, as well as our Kingston Global online system.
In addition to these opportunities, there is also the option for students to take ‘Global Business’ and ‘International Marketing’ modules in Moscow. (In fact, the Kingston MBA course run in Moscow has been ranked number two in Russia in the prestigious 'Secret Firmy' rankings table.)
The Kingston MBA is designed to help you operate successfully in an international environment. Teaching is informed by global research and it is one of the few UK and international MBAs accredited by the Association of MBAs. Successful completion of our highly regarded MBA also confers automatic eligibility for membership of the Chartered Management Institute – without the need to undergo the normal admission assessments.
Added to this, we offer a flexible study approach with a choice of full or part-time courses to fit your schedule. And with once-per-month weekend attendance, we’ve made part-time study easy for business professionals.
The campus itself boasts excellent on-site facilities including teaching rooms and computer labs, halls of residence plus a bar, café and restaurant.
And, close to central London, Kingston is an historic, pleasant location easily accessible by road and close to international rail and air links. With a busy town centre, Kingston sits on the banks of the River Thames and is equally close to the Surrey countryside.
Both our Full-Time MBA and our Executive Part-Time MBA programmes start in February and September, giving you more choice of when to study.
