Course Description

The degree programme comprises an induction followed by 3 phases of study: phase 1 provides a sound understanding of business and management, as well as developing analytical and critical capability; phase 2 introduces the disciplines which underpin strategic thinking in organisations, and develops participants' skills as organisational analysts and consultants; phase 3 focuses on developing strategic capability; phase 3 includes an elective study allowing participants to explore a topic of particular interest; recent examples have included employment law, consultancy, e-business, supply chain management, international marketing and entrepreneurship.



Additional Entry Requirements:
Degree and/or experience: At least 3 years management or professional experience, plus a degree or equivalent professional qualification; experienced managers with at least 5 years management experience who do not have a degree or equivalent qualification; for non-native speakers of English: 6.5 overall and 6 in writing.
