Course Description

Develops critical understanding of the major areas of finance and enables students to apply this theoretical understanding to the practical management of the financial affairs of a business, both domestically and internationally.

1st 2 terms shared with MBA Business Administration full-time programme: marketing management; human resource management; finance for managers; operations management; contextual environment; strategic management; management research methods; organisation dynamics and change; international management; business innovation and planning; MBA stage: financial risk strategy; corporate financial management; international finance; dissertation.

Additional Entry Requirements:
Honours degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' appropriate work experience; applicants whose 1st language is not English require TOEFL 575, IELTS 6.5 average (or 6.0 in all bands), or equivalent.
