Course Description

The programme is aimed at current or aspiring managers and builds on a strong ethos of helping managers to solve real problems; students are able to gain member status to the Chartered Management Institute and successful completion of the MBA programme may help students achieve Chartered Manager status.

Year 1: Strategic marketing; operations management; people leadership and management; financial analysis; year 2: strategic leadership and business transformation; 2 innovation management elective units from: stakeholder management; business futures; marketing futures 1; strategic human resource management; financial management; globalisation; international business context; corporate finance; marketing futures 2; year 3: dissertation.
