Course Summary

Course Description

Semester 1: international business environment; finance and economics; business functions and process; management research and people in organisations. Semester 2: contemporary issues and methods in organisational transformation; perspectives on organisational transformation; strategic management; 2 additional modules chosen from: business operations; world class operations; innovation and new venture management; growth venture management; investment decision making; fundamentals of marketing; international marketing strategy; HRM for general managers; market analysis; statistical quality control; issues in strategic HRM; business transformation; principles of e-commerce; strategic financial management. Semester 3: MBA project (30 credits).



Additional Entry Requirements:
Honours degree or other equivalent qualification or 2 years' relevant work experience. Appropriate competence in English (IELTS 6.5, TOEFI 575, Computer TOEFI 215); satisfactory completion of a GMAT.
