Year 1: Accounting; corporate finance; e-business strategies; economics for managers; international business; management information systems; marketing management; organisational behaviour and change. Year 2: Business ethics and corporate social responsibility; contemporary issues in management; human resource management; leadership; new venture creation and entrepreneurial management; operations management; research methods; strategic management; plus a dissertation based on a practical project.
Additional Entry Requirements:
1st or 2nd Class Honours degree in any discipline from an approved university; where candidates have a 3rd Class Honours degree or a pass degree, previous employment experience alongside academic qualifications is considered; candidates who do not have a primary degree or equivalent professional qualification but who can demonstrate extensive managerial experience at an appropriate level are required to attend an interview and must submit a good GMAT score (normally a minimum of 600) prior to entry to the programme; all candidates require a minimum of 3 years? employment experience, preferably in a management capacity; candidates must normally be sponsored by their employer; candidates may be required to attend for interview prior to entry to the programme.
