Course Description

Required core courses: food and beverage control; international travel and tourism; tourism planning and marketing or selected topics in tourism management; human resources management in the hospitality industry; hotel and restaurant accounting information systems; case studies in hotel and tourism management; methods of research and analysis; organisational behaviour; managerial accounting; managerial finance; international marketing; marketing management; international business law. Students also choose 2 elective courses.



Additional Entry Requirements:
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, hospitality, or hotel and restaurant management. Or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related fields such as economics, including completion of courses in microeconomics, statistics, business law, marketing, management and accounting. Submission of Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score will also be required.
