The programme aims to equip graduates for careers in the demanding and exciting world of the equine and related industries; an important objective of the programme is to develop a broad awareness of business thinking, encouraging students to be highly adaptable, open-minded and creative in their approach to equine business management; as the programme explores the application of business management expertise throughout the equine industry, it creates a wide variety of career options.Business strategy; personal and organisational change; marketing, planning and strategy; finance; economics and policy; plus focus modules: Equine industry; equine business management; equine husbandry; dissertation.

Normally an Honours degree (minimum 2:1), or an HND award with a Distinction profile, plus a minimum of 2 years' postgraduation work experience; mature candidates with significant relevant work experience and lower academic qualifications also considered following interview; IELTS 6.5 average with no element below 5.5; students with other qualifications, (eg alternative English language and overseas qualifications) are advised to contact Admissions to discuss the suitability of their award for entry to their preferred programme of study.
