Course Description

The course begins with an intensive induction and orientation block during which students commence the individually negotiated course: Professional update and development; they then undertake 6 foundation level and 6 advanced level courses: foundation core courses: leading the human resource; professional update and development; business analysis and systems; managing the value chain; business environment: challenge and change; financial and accounting management; advanced core courses: strategy and transformation; managing shareholder value; consultancy; advanced option courses: 3 from: knowledge management: principles of knowledge management; technologies for sharing knowledge management; e-logistics and supply chain management; e-technology and the human resource; transformational leadership; marketing and operations: global marketing; marketing communications; marketing strategy; international operations; finance: international finance and management accounting; quantitative financial modeling; international financial markets; plus a dissertation of approximately 12000 words.



Additional Entry Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' management experience; at least 25 years old with good UK degree; applicants aged 28 years or above with a minimum of 7 years management experience but lacking a good first degree or equivalent may be accepted onto the programme on an exceptional basis by interview.
