Course Description
The programme comprises an induction followed by 3 phases of study;phase 1: provides a sound understanding of business and management; as well as developing analytical and critical capability; phase 2: introduces the disciplines which underpin strategic thinking in organisations; and develops participants' skills as organisational analysts and consultants; phase 3: focuses on developing strategic capability; plus includes an elective study allowing participants to explore a topic of particular interest: employment law; consultancy; e-business; supply chain management; international marketing and entrepreneurship.Additional Entry Requirements:
2 years management or professional experience; plus a degree or equivalent professional qualification; experienced managers with at least 5 years management experience who do not have a degree or equivalent qualification.
