Course Summary

Course Description

Course provides prospective managers with a framework and various tools for formulating competitive strategies in response to increased internationalisation; particular attention is given to understanding the international environment within which firms operate, and to developing appropriate management strategies.

1st 2 terms are shared with MBA Business Administration full-time programme: marketing management; human resource management; finance for managers; operations management; contextual environment; strategic management; management research methods; organisation dynamics and change; international management; business innovation and planning; MBA stage: international finance; international marketing; international business, dissertation.

Additional Entry Requirements:
Honours degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years? appropriate work experience; other applicants may also be considered; applicants whose 1st language is not English require TOEFL 575, IELTS 6.5 average (or 6.0 in all bands), or equivalent.
