Course Description

The course fosters the development of networks and collaborative arrangements with senior leaders to explore and embed significant improvement in students own organisation and across the system.

Authentic leadership in education systems; strategy and marketing; finance management; leadership for learning: human resources; value-added leadership in diverse resource regimes (with optional international study school); dissertation; a report may be written instead of a dissertation, in which case an additional option modules is required.

Additional Entry Requirements:
A good Honours degree (or its equivalent) and relevant leadership experience at a senior level, for example as a bursar, school business manager or senior administrative officer; it is proposed that graduates of the NCSL Diploma of School Business Management (DSBM) automatically gain 30 credits towards the MBA.
