Students have on average 9-10 years full-time work experience, at least four of which are managerial; to be short-listed for an interview, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: Competency in the management of people, budgets, clients or processes over a sustained period; a proven track record as a member or leader of a team; a strong motivation for doing an MBA; an undergraduate degree granted by a recognised university, or other suitable professional qualifications; a keen interest in pursuing a career with an international context; although the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) is not a requirement, we would encourage candidates to take the GMAT in the knowledge that a good score would positively support your application.
