Course Description

This programme equips clinicians and managers with the skills necessary to cope with the changing nature of health care management; the course has been developed to offer business skills development at postgraduate level for health clinicians and managers looking to enhance their business acumen in both the public and private health care sectors.



Additional Entry Requirements:
1st or 2nd Class Honours degree; alternatively, applicants may possess a professional qualification (or combination of qualifications) recognised as being the equivalent of an Honours degree; all applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have employment and an appropriate job role to afford them access to the levels of responsibility required for the effective completion of work based projects: having responsibility for either people or processes and being able to demonstrate if necessary the support and commitment of their employer; applicants who do not meet the above requirements may be exceptionally considered at the discretion of the programme leader.
