Course Description

The course comprises a 3-stage process in professional development with a strong international component; underpinned by personal effectiveness coaching.

Compulsory modules: Accounting for management control; behaviour in organisations; finance for managers; human resource management; management in the 21st century; understanding the global economy; personal effectiveness coaching; managing strategic resources and operations; strategy for managers; the global environment; the marketing imagination; plus 4 option modules from: entrepreneurship: genesis, growth and impact of new enterprises; governance and ethics; management consultancy; mergers and acquisitions; public service organisation; roundtables for practicing managers; the customer focused organisation.

Additional Entry Requirements:
2:2 degree; or equivalent; professional qualifications; Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) with a score of 600; a significant career history is considered; plus 3 years? relevant experience.
