Course Summary

Course Description

The programme equips students with basic management and study skills, and an understanding of strategic management in a variety of organisational contexts; students also gain awareness of a variety of working situations that should affect team management, alongside relevant and up-to-date knowledge of management techniques, and skills and theories in either the management of finances or human resources; by the end of the programme, students have completed approximately one-third of the MBA.

The effective leader and key skills; the strategic organisation in the marketplace; managing financial resources or managing human resources; plus an optional module.

Additional Entry Requirements:
1st or upper 2nd Class Honours degree from a UK university, or equivalent overseas/professional qualification; applications are assessed on individual merit; international students require evidence of English language proficiency.
