Course Summary

Course Description

This programme aims to: develop interest in, and knowledge of, economics, investment, finance and management as analytical frameworks for understanding the operations and functions of property markets and institutions; equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the current and future challenges associated with professional property practice in a business context; prepare graduates for entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) faculties concerned with urban property, and in particular the commercial property, management consultancy and valuation faculties; the MBA Real Estate is accredited by the RICS, allowing graduates to proceed to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and full professional membership of the RICS.

Additional Entry Requirements:
The minimum requirement is a good 1st degree (equivalent to a British 2nd class Honours degree) or above in any discipline; either IELTS or TOEFL qualifications are acceptable; IELTS Band 7.0 or above and 6 in the writing component.
