Course Description

On completion of the course, students have the knowledge and skills to: Integrate all aspects of management in strategic decision making; manage and control different disciplines such as finance, marketing and human resource management within the setting of an international business; assume leadership in international marketing with a specific focus on market entry strategies, issues related to standardization versus adaptation of product or services, marketing systems and macro environmental variables; manage human resource with specialist knowledge and skills within the areas of leadership, managing change, training and development and managing diversity with an international perspective; work in different cultural contexts.

Additional Entry Requirements:
Degree in any discipline recognised by the University of Wales; or 2 years' relevant experience in a management capacity; IELTS 6.5.
