Course Description

This programme is aimed at aspiring managers who wish to enhance their development in both management competency as well as personal development as an individual; it prepares students for a senior management role; the programme consists of a series of organisation-based projects that enable students to apply their learning back into their organisation.

Dynamics of management; managing people and performance; managing processes, systems and projects; managing financial resources; personal development; the global business environment; strategic marketing; corporate finance and governance; strategic direction; leadership and change; reputation and relationships; business research methods; plus options including: brand and reputation management; competitor intelligence; creative problem solving; customer relationship management systems; entrepreneurship; innovation management; intercultural analysis; knowledge management; leading the information communication technology function; managing projects: project selection and definition; managing the project based organisation; relationship marketing.

Additional Entry Requirements:
Good 1st degree or equivalent professional or international qualification; applications from candidates with exceptional management experience (minimum of 5 years' managerial experience at a senior and strategic level) who may not meet all the formal criteria for admission are welcomed.
