The Henley Executive MBA 21 months is studied part time at our Greenlands Campus. The Executive MBA is aimed at experienced managers who wish to enhance their development in management competency and personal development.  The programme consists of a series of organisation-based consultancy projects enabling you to apply your learning immediately back in to your organisation.  There is also one week international study trip.

The 21 month programme is studied part time, with 3-4 day Workshops taking place over weekends.

The Executive programme has a number aims, including:

• Immediate application of what you learn to both you and your business
• True leadership capabilities, built both through academic and experiential learning and through your personal development programme (including executive coaching)
• Career development with strategy and focus
• Top quality interaction and networking opportunities with peers, faculty and industry leaders
• High-performance learning teams working collaboratively
• Honing of your consultancy skills
• Additional workshops on team working, leadership, negotiating and influencing skills

 Entry requirements:

• Three years’ management experience
• Good first degree or equivalent professional or international qualification
• Evidence of competence in English - English language requirements
• For the Executive programme you must be able to gain access to company data for assignment purposes

Further information:
You will continue in your job and come to Henley once a month for an intensive 3-4 day workshop where you will interact directly with our faculty and industry speakers as well working collaboratively with your peers.
